【Notices】
We will ask you attach Japanese translations for all documents. All documents and photos must be issued within 6 months prior to application. We might require you to submit other documents in certain cases. Please be sure to use black ball point pen when filling in all documents. The correction with the whiteout is not admitted.
4. The Process from Application
Notes
1. Neither the document nor the entrance authorization fee submitted once are restored.
We will return the original of the diploma submitted when the residence qualification recognition is applied as soon as the examination of Immigration Bureau finishes.
2. In some cases, we may contact related person to confirm the contents of the documents.
3. The entrance permit might be canceled when there is a problem in the content of application and the document even after issuing.
4. When entrance is discontinued after the insertion of the delivery pay in cash of school expenses etc., and application doesn't pass as a result of the visa application and it is not possible to enter a country, I will restore delivery money except the entrance authorization fee and the entrance fee.
5. Please let us know date of entry, port of entry, time of entry and need of pick up a week before. We may not pick you up because of urgent notice.

■One year course fees can be paid in two payments.
One year 6 Month Course fees can be paid in three payments.
*1 this is the fee to make documents and select application forms for immigration Bureau.
It should be Paid when you apply to our school. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances, in case that your residence qualification application is not recognized by immigration bureau.
*2 entrance fee and other expenses should be paid by remittance to the bank account designated our school as soon as you receive a copy at the authorization of resident eligibility which we send. After we confirm we have received your money, we will send you the original certificate of eligibility. These fee and expenses are not refundable under any circumstances.

*4 these expenses are for the textbook (Textbooks are different depend on level or class)
*5 these expenses are for school events such as school festival, sports day, school trip, cherry blossom viewing party, Christmas party, speech contest. (these expenses are not refundable in case that you don’t take part in these events.
*6 these expenses include file, photo and memorial gift for graduation
*7 expenses include information of orientation, name plate, and materials for the class, it also includes the cost of picking students up at the airport

National health insurance and health care fee are different depend on the date when you enter or take in, so We will return it if you have any fees left when you graduate
